Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Period

2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as used earphones, earbuds, or neckbands if the seal is broken, unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.
3. Reasons for Return Acceptance
Returns will generally be accepted for:
* Defective or damaged product upon arrival.
* Incorrect item delivered.
* Product not functioning as described.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at continentaltechhut@gmail.com within the specified return period. We will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
* If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
* If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error (e.g., ordered wrong item), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
